For 25 years, the Foundation for Quality Care (FQC) has been focused on one thing: helping New York’s long-term care and assisted living communities deliver better care every day. What began as a commitment to education and improvement has grown into a trusted source of support for providers across the state.
Through education, workforce development, and applied research, the Foundation invests in people and ideas that strengthen leadership, support staff, and improve outcomes for residents. As the nonprofit educational affiliate of NYSHFA and NYSCAL, FQC works closely with more than 350 skilled nursing and assisted living providers, responding to real-world challenges with practical, evidence-based solutions.
