Since 2001, the Foundation for Quality Care, Inc. (FQC) has been a trusted partner to the long-term care community, offering unparalleled support through education, training, and research. As the 501(c)(3) educational and research affiliate of the New York State Health Facilities Association (NYSHFA) and the New York State Center for Assisted Living (NYSCAL), FQC serves over 400 skilled nursing and 100 assisted living facilities statewide, helping them provide exceptional care for those who need it most.
