Each year NYSCAL recognizes the many outstanding men and women who exceed their required duties and provide high-quality care in the Assisted Living communities they represent. These winner(s) will be honored during the NYSHFA | NYSCAL ANNUAL CONFERENCE & EXPO.

Member centers may nominate in the following three categories. 

Administrator of the Year » Noble Caregiver in Assisted Living » Nurse of the Year »

GENERAL RULES & GUIDELINES FOR ALL SUBMITTED NOMINATIONS:

  • All forms must be clearly printed or typed and received by Joanne O’Connor at NYSCAL no later than January 11, 2021
  • All nominations received will be verified as members in good standing prior to judging
  • The winners will be honored during the NYSHFA | NYSCAL Annual Conference & Expo
  • All materials, essays, and photos submitted become the property of NYSCAL and may be used in its publications and website
  • Submitted materials will not be returned to applicants
  • NYSCAL reserves the right not to make an award if fewer than five nominations are submitted for each category or if applicants do not meet award eligibility criteria
