St. Ann’s Community is a progressive, highly respected Senior Care provider in Rochester, NY. We have a 147-year tradition of excellence in care and service to Elders, and we are seeking an outstanding individual to join our team as the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).

In this key leadership position, the CNO will collaborate with an outstanding Medical and Interdisciplinary team to maintain the highest possible quality standards. While overseeing the nursing department’s day-to-day operations, the CNO will work strategically to ensure that our care delivery model drives exceptional outcomes. Taking a proactive, positive approach to leadership, the CNO will build and maintain a high-performing team that cares for the most important people on earth. Must haves for the role
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in NYS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s degree preferred.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability and desire to lead strategic initiatives while ensuring day-to-day excellence in the quality of care and service that is provided.
• Demonstrated, progressive leadership experience in healthcare, with a focus on Nursing.
