CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The Lineage Group, strategic parent of Niagara Lutheran Health System and Schofield Care, one of the area’s fastest growing senior care leaders, is seeking a dynamic professional to spearhead fiscal operations and financial strategies that will ensure the success and growth of the organization. This executive level position will work collaboratively across all business lines to assess current processes, analyze data, create and implement standard operating procedures, and develop financial best practices.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business Administration. Masters preferred. Certified Public Accountant desired but not required. A minimum of ten years of experience in healthcare financial management in a financial leadership role is required with a minimum of five of those years in a nursing home and assisted living environment.
