The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center provides post-acute and long-term care in a beautiful 100-acre setting in Northern Westchester County. Our 300 bed facility partners with 5 hospitals in NY and CT.
At The Paramount, the role of the Assistant Administrator is one of the most important positions on the property. The Assistant will be responsible for administering, directing, and coordinating all activities of the nursing center alongside the Administrator, DON and other key members of the leadership team. The Assistant Administrator will have the opportunity to work on projects, assist with Survey Ready needs, reimbursement, and help ensure that quality and compliance are at the highest level.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in nursing home administration or related field required

Position Requirements
Completed an AIT program, hold a current state Nursing Home Administrator license or eligible to sit for exam or prepared to complete AIT requirements. Prior Skilled Nursing Home experience required.
