Assisted Living Interdisciplinary Team Series

OBJECTIVES:

  • Increase knowledge and understanding of the value of different interdisciplinary team members
  • Foster collaboration among Assisted Living staff members to improve care and services
  • Promote communication and understanding of the roles and responsibilities of interdisciplinary team members
  • Share best practices on survey readiness
  • Enhance the quality of care provided to residents by utilizing the expertise of all team members
  • Create an environment of open dialogue and sharing of best practices
  • Learn creative problem-solving and creative approaches to providing care
  • Educate Assisted Living staff members on key strategies for offering quality care within the residence
