OBJECTIVES:
- Increase knowledge and understanding of the value of different interdisciplinary team members
- Foster collaboration among Assisted Living staff members to improve care and services
- Promote communication and understanding of the roles and responsibilities of interdisciplinary team members
- Share best practices on survey readiness
- Enhance the quality of care provided to residents by utilizing the expertise of all team members
- Create an environment of open dialogue and sharing of best practices
- Learn creative problem-solving and creative approaches to providing care
- Educate Assisted Living staff members on key strategies for offering quality care within the residence
