How to Submit a Presentation Proposal

Do you have an innovative idea that has had promising results for the healthcare community?  Do you have clinical expertise that could help improve the health and well-being of the residents we serve?  Have you implemented a program that has contributed in a positive way to the delivery of high-quality healthcare and supportive services to New York seniors?  If you answered yes to any of these questions, we encourage you to submit a presentation proposal.

Annual Conference & Expo July to September
Social Work & Activities Conference August to October

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL:

We are seeking speakers for our 73rd Annual Conference and Expo! If you would like to deliver an inspiring, interactive educational program with a focus on a caring professional workforce, person-centered care, excellence in service delivery, or other current areas of interest facing the long-term care industry, we encourage you to submit a proposal.

Presentation Proposal Requirements:

You may either complete our Presentation Proposal Form or email the required documents to Erin Armstrong. To be considered, you must provide all of the following information:

  • Speaker Contact Information
  • Session Logistics (event, time required, etc.)
  • Session Description
  • Payment Requirements
  • Target Audience
